Beisen Holding Limited disclosed that it bought back 158,800 ordinary shares on 5 October 2026 via on-market transactions at prices ranging from HKD 3.12 to HKD 3.23, for a volume-weighted average of HKD 3.19 per share. The total consideration was HKD 0.51 million.
The repurchase reduced Beisen’s outstanding share count (excluding treasury shares) by 0.02 %, trimming it from 717.07 million to 716.91 million. Treasury shares increased to 21.19 million, while the company’s total issued share capital remained unchanged at 738.11 million.
The transaction forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 17 September 2026, which authorises the company to acquire up to 71.92 million shares. Cumulative buybacks under this mandate now stand at 2.36 million shares, representing 0.33 % of the shares in issue on the mandate’s approval date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales is in effect until 4 November 2026.
