China Yongda Automobiles Services Holdings Limited (Yongda Auto) disclosed that it repurchased 967,500 ordinary shares on 06 October 2026 via the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Key transaction details • Price range: HKD 0.76–0.80 per share, with an aggregate consideration of HKD 0.76 million (volume-weighted average price: HKD 0.79). • Percentage of issued shares: 0.0509% based on 1.90 billion outstanding shares before the transaction. • All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation; no treasury shares will be held.

Repurchase mandate status • Shareholders authorised the board on 26 June 2026 to buy back up to 183.84 million shares. • Cumulative repurchases under the mandate stand at 0.97 million shares, representing 0.0526% of the authorised limit, leaving approximately 182.87 million shares still available.

Capital structure impact • Issued share capital remains at 1.90 billion shares as the cancelled shares have yet to be deducted from the register. • A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales is in effect until 05 November 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.

The company confirmed that the buyback complied with all Main Board requirements and that no changes have been made to the explanatory statement filed with the Exchange.
