TANWAN: Xubo Wu Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 53.4%

On October 2, 2026, Xubo Wu's deemed long position in TANWAN increased following the company's repurchase of 199,200 shares on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 9.611 per share, involving approximately HKD 1.91 million. The repurchased shares are held as treasury, and Mr. Wu's interest arises from his control of the company. This change in deemed interest is not a direct dealing by Mr. Wu.

Prior to the acquisition, Mr. Wu's long position in TANWAN was 285.17 million shares, representing 53.36%; following the increase, the holding changed to 285.37 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 53.4%.
