SHANGHAI FUDAN: JPMorgan Chase & Co. Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 5.01%

On September 28, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. acquired 199,016 shares of SHANGHAI FUDAN (H shares) off-exchange at an average of HKD 25.4415 per share, involving about HKD 5.06 million. The off-exchange transaction was conducted in cash, not matched on the SEHK open market, and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.

Prior to the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in SHANGHAI FUDAN was 14.07 million shares, representing 4.94%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 14.27 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 5.01%. For the short position, prior holding was 4.88 million shares (1.71%), and after the reduction it became 4.85 million shares (1.70%).
