Guotai Junan International Holdings Limited filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing (HKEX) for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming no changes in share capital during the month.

• Issued Share Capital: The company closed September with 9.53 billion ordinary shares in issue, unchanged from the previous month. No treasury shares were held or cancelled.

• Public Float: Management reconfirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 30 September 2026.

• Share Option Schemes: Three tranches of options remain outstanding—1.60 million options at an exercise price of HK$2.44, 1.00 million at HK$1.72 and 2.25 million at HK$1.45. No options were exercised or lapsed in September. Each tranche allows for a maximum of 4.85 million shares to be issued upon full exercise.

• Capital Movements: The return records zero issuance of new shares, zero cancellation, and zero movement in treasury shares for the month, resulting in a stable fully paid-up share base.
