ZYBANK: Zhongyuan Bank Updates Board Line-Up and Committee Assignments

Zhongyuan Bank Co., Ltd. (ZYBANK) released an updated roster of its Board of Directors and detailed the latest composition of its six specialised committees as of 30 September 2026.

The Board now consists of ten members: • Executive Directors: Zhou Feng (Chairman) and Zhang Tao (Vice-Chairman and President). • Non-executive Directors: Feng Ruofan, Li Wenqiang and Zhang Shu. • Independent Non-executive Directors (INEDs): Xu Yiguo, Zhao Zijian, Wang Maobin, Pan Xinmin and Gao Pingyang.

Committee leadership and membership were also clarified: • Strategy and Development Committee – Chaired by Pan Xinmin, with Zhou Feng, Zhang Tao, Feng Ruofan, Li Wenqiang and Zhang Shu as members. • Audit Committee – Chaired by Wang Maobin; members include Xu Yiguo and Gao Pingyang. • Related Party Transactions Control Committee – Chaired by Xu Yiguo; Wang Maobin and Pan Xinmin serve as members. • Risk Management Committee – Chaired by Gao Pingyang, joined by Zhao Zijian. • Nomination and Remuneration Committee – Chaired by Zhao Zijian, with Xu Yiguo and Wang Maobin as members. • Consumer Rights Protection Committee – Chaired by Zhou Feng; members include Zhang Tao, Feng Ruofan, Li Wenqiang, Zhang Shu and Pan Xinmin.

The announcement reiterates that Zhongyuan Bank is incorporated in the People’s Republic of China and is not an authorised institution under Hong Kong’s Banking Ordinance, nor is it supervised by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority.
