On September 29, 2026, Yongjie Yao disposed of shares in Grandshores Technology Group Ltd. (01647). The disposal was conducted through a change in shareholding of Great Scenery Ventures Limited (as referred to in the company's announcement dated 25 August 2026). This was an off-exchange transaction in the corporate holding structure, not matched on the SEHK open market, and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
