Hong Kong, 07 Oct 2026 — Horizon Robotics submitted its monthly return for the period ended 30 Sep 2026, confirming that no changes occurred in either authorised or issued share capital during the month.

Authorised Share Capital • Class A WVR: 2.12 billion shares, par value USD 0.0000025, unchanged. • Class B WVR (listed): 17.88 billion shares, par value USD 0.0000025, unchanged. Total authorised capital remains capped at USD 50,000.

Issued and Treasury Shares • Class A (unlisted): 2.11 billion shares in issue, no treasury stock. • Class B (listed): 13.76 billion shares outstanding and 80.16 million held in treasury, leaving total issued at 13.84 billion. No share issuances, cancellations, or treasury movements were recorded in September. Management affirmed compliance with the 25% public-float requirement.

Equity Incentive Capacity Under the Post-IPO Share Incentive Plan adopted on 8 Oct 2024, 373.08 million Class B shares remain available for future option grants.
