Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited repurchased 143,200 ordinary shares on 24 September 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The buyback was executed at prices between HKD 9.77 and HKD 9.78 per share, resulting in a volume-weighted average cost of HKD 9.78 and an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.40 million.

\n\nFollowing the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.02 % to 602.90 million shares, while treasury shares increased to 15.60 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 618.50 million.

\n\nThe repurchase forms part of the mandate approved on 26 June 2026, which authorises Hygeia Healthcare to buy back up to 60.77 million shares. To date, 4.85 million shares have been repurchased under this mandate, representing 0.80 % of the issued share base on the mandate date.

\n\nIn accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 24 October 2026.
