Tianyu Semi Buys Back 38,600 H Shares for HKD 2.00 Million

Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (Tianyu Semi) disclosed that it repurchased 38,600 H shares on 7 October 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

The shares were bought at prices ranging from HKD 51.20 to HKD 52.30, translating into an aggregate consideration of HKD 1.999 million and an average cost of approximately HKD 51.79 per share.

Following the transaction: • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined by 0.07 % to 58.56 million. • Treasury share holdings increased to 425,550 shares from 386,950. • Total issued shares, including treasury stock, remained at 58.99 million.

The purchase was executed under the repurchase mandate approved on 19 May 2026, which authorizes up to 5.90 million shares for buyback. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 425,550 shares, equivalent to 0.72 % of the company’s issued share capital at mandate approval.

In line with Hong Kong listing regulations, Tianyu Semi is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 6 November 2026.
