XIAO NOODLES Repurchases 98,500 H-Shares; 22.38 Million Shares Now Pending Cancellation

Guangzhou Xiao Noodles Catering Management Co., Ltd. (XIAO NOODLES, HKEX: 02408) has filed a Next Day Disclosure Return after executing another share buyback on 7 October 2026. The company acquired 98,500 H-shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HKD 4.08 and HKD 4.27, spending HKD 0.41 million at an average cost of roughly HKD 4.14 per share. All of the repurchased shares are designated for cancellation.

XIAO NOODLES’ issued share capital remains unchanged at 710.69 million shares, with no treasury shares outstanding. Under the current repurchase mandate approved on 25 June 2026, the company is authorised to buy back up to 71.07 million shares (10% of the issued share base). Since the mandate’s inception, 5.07 million shares—equivalent to 0.71% of outstanding shares at mandate date—have been repurchased on the Exchange.

Cumulatively, 22.38 million H-shares (about 3.15% of the company’s issued share capital) have been bought for cancellation but had not yet been cancelled as of 7 October 2026. The largest single-day purchase within this total occurred on 24 June 2026, when 17.32 million shares were repurchased at an average price of HKD 4.30 per share.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the repurchase activity imposes a moratorium on new share issuance or sale/transfer of treasury shares until 6 November 2026. The board confirms that all repurchases were conducted in accordance with the Exchange’s requirements and the company’s approved mandate.
