JPMorgan Chase & Co. acquired 19.82 million shares of HTSC (H shares) off-exchange at an average of HKD 16.6512 per share on September 30, 2026, involving about HKD 330.00 million, by way of taking a security interest in shares. This is an off-exchange transaction with consideration in cash, not matched on the SEHK open market and therefore not a direct secondary-market dealing.
Prior to the acquisition, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in HTSC was 110.98 million shares, representing 6.45%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 130.79 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 7.6%.
