3. Stable authorised and A-share capital Authorised/registered capital remained unchanged at 1.04 billion shares (RMB 1.04 billion nominal value). The Shanghai-listed A-share segment was static at 876.36 million issued shares, with 5.68 million held as treasury stock.

4. Public float remains adequate Despite the reduction in tradable H-shares, the company confirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Listing Rules’ minimum 5% public-float requirement for PRC issuers.

5. No new equity instruments There were no share option grants, warrant issues, convertible securities, or other equity arrangements during the month.

Bottom line September’s HK$21.37 million buyback marks a continued commitment by Nanhua Futures to deploy surplus liquidity in enhancing shareholder value through treasury share accumulation, without impacting its overall authorised capital or public-float compliance.
