China Suntien Green Energy Corporation Limited has called its Second Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) for 9:30 a.m. on 30 October 2026 at the International Hotel Hebei, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, PRC. Shareholders will vote on three ordinary resolutions:

1. Renewal of Financial Services Framework Agreement • Approval and ratification of a new Financial Services Framework Agreement with HECIC Group Finance Company Limited. • Continuation of deposit and loan services, including confirmation of the maximum daily deposit and loan balances for each of the three financial years ending 31 December 2029. • Authorisation for an executive director, or delegate, to execute documents and take actions necessary to implement and amend the agreement within immaterial limits.

2. Renewal of Asset Financing Services Framework Agreement • Approval and ratification of a new Asset Financing Services Framework Agreement with Huihai Finance Leasing Co., Ltd. • Confirmation of annual transaction caps for each of the three financial years ending 31 December 2029. • Authorisation for an executive director, or delegate, to execute related documents, implement the agreement, and make immaterial amendments.

3. Directors’ Remuneration for 2026 • Consideration and approval of the remuneration proposal for the Company’s directors for the year 2026.

Shareholders recorded on the H-share register by the close of business on 26 October 2026 are entitled to attend and vote. The register will be closed from 27 October to 30 October 2026, inclusive. All resolutions will be decided by poll, with results released on the Company’s website and HKExnews after the meeting.
