To efficiently advance project construction and fully safeguard the established construction milestones, during the National Day holiday, workers at the eastern container terminal Phase I project of the Langyawan operation area in the Dongjiakou port area of QINGDAO PORT (ASX: 06198) remained at their posts and worked on the front lines, seizing the golden window for construction with full effort.

The eastern container terminal Phase I project of the Langyawan operation area in the Dongjiakou port area of Qingdao Port International Co.,Ltd. (ASX: 601298) is a key supporting project for building Qingdao into an international shipping center and a key engine project helping to "build another Qingdao Port." It is being constructed by China Construction Port Group.

Currently, the project has fully entered the critical construction stage of core stone riprap placement. At the project construction site, construction personnel are pressing ahead intensively with riprap placement operations. Through the concerted efforts of all personnel, the project's foundation trench dredging task was successfully completed 35 days ahead of the originally scheduled milestone, achieving notable phased construction results.
