STAR SPORTS MEDICINE CO., LTD (“Star Sports Med”) filed its monthly return for the period ended 30 September 2026, detailing a small reduction in outstanding share capital driven exclusively by on-market buy-backs.

1. Capital Base Unchanged • Authorised/registered share capital held steady at 54.83 million ordinary H-shares with a par value of RMB 1.00 each, equivalent to total authorised capital of RMB 54.83 million.

2. Issued vs. Treasury Shares • Issued shares (excluding treasury stock) fell by 41,700 to 54.79 million. • The same 41,700 shares were transferred to treasury, leaving total issued shares unchanged at 54.83 million.

4. Compliance Position • After the repurchases, public float remains above the 25% minimum required under Main Board Rule 13.32B. • The company confirmed all transactions were duly authorised, properly executed and in compliance with Hong Kong Listing Rules and applicable regulations.

With the latest buy-backs representing roughly 0.08% of total issued shares, Star Sports Med’s capital structure and authorised share count remain largely intact while treasury shares now stand at 41,700 units.
