Civmec Limited (P9D) announced on Oct, 05 2026 that it has received a series of new contracts and extensions with a combined value of more than 220 million Singapore dollars, to be executed across FY27 and FY28.

The largest award is a construction contract for a gallium production plant at Alcoa’s Wagerup Alumina Refinery in Western Australia. Civmec will provide civil, structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation works, as well as construct the process building, tanks, laboratory and supporting infrastructure. The project is expected to create up to 200 local construction jobs and includes support through commissioning.

In addition, the company obtained further maintenance-related work, including the Bulk Cargo Terminal works contract at Glencore’s Murrin Murrin Operations. These awards extend Civmec’s presence in the critical minerals and maintenance sectors and lift its confirmed order book to about 1.5 billion Singapore dollars.

The announcement was authorised for release by Civmec’s board of directors.
