Hygeia Health Buys Back 3.01 Million Shares in September, Lifting Treasury Stock to 2.59% of Issued Share Capital

Hygeia Healthcare Holdings Co., Limited (Hygeia Health) disclosed its Monthly Return for September 2026, highlighting continued share repurchases and stable capital structure.

During the month, the company bought back 3.01 million ordinary shares on the open market across 14 trading days, transferring the same amount into treasury. As a result, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury stock) declined to 602.46 million, down 0.50% from August, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 618.50 million. Treasury holdings rose to 16.04 million shares, representing 2.59% of total issued shares, up from 2.11% a month earlier.

Hygeia Health’s authorised share capital was unchanged at 5.00 billion shares with a par value of USD 0.00001 each, equivalent to USD 50,000. No new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were cancelled or re-issued during the period.

The company’s 15 October 2021 share option scheme showed 3.42 million options outstanding, with capacity for a further 18.54 million shares to be granted. No options were exercised in September, and no proceeds were raised.

Hygeia Health confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 30 September 2026.
