Suntec Real Estate Investment Trust (T82U) announced on Oct, 02 2026 that it has received the highest 5-Star rating from the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) for the seventh year in a row and maintained its “A” score for public disclosure.

The Singapore-listed office REIT said it also moved up to second place from third among its peers in the Asia Listed Office category.

All of the trust’s properties in Singapore, Australia and the United Kingdom are Green Building Certified. In Singapore, One Raffles Quay, Marina Bay Financial Centre Towers 1 and 2, and Marina Bay Link Mall obtained the Building and Construction Authority’s Green Mark Platinum Super Low Energy Certification in Jun, 2026.

Suntec REIT’s decarbonisation efforts include powering six of its seven Australian and UK assets entirely with renewable energy, while three Australian properties—177 Pacific Highway, 21 Harris Street and Olderfleet at 477 Collins Street—are certified carbon-neutral.

As at Jun, 30 2026, approximately 79% of the trust’s total debt comprised green or sustainability-linked loans. Chief Executive Officer Chong Kee Hiong said the latest accolades underscore the REIT’s commitment to sustainable real-estate management and long-term value creation for unitholders.
