Link Holdings: No Change in Share Capital or Share Count for September 2026

Link Holdings Limited reported a static capital structure for the month ended 30 September 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 October 2026.

• Authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.025 each, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million.

• Issued share capital was unchanged at 201.02 million ordinary shares; the company held no treasury shares and executed no share buy-backs, cancellations or allotments during the period.

• Public-float requirements were met, with at least 25% of issued shares held by public investors as stipulated under GEM Rule 17.37B.

• The share option scheme adopted on 31 May 2024 recorded no option grants, exercises or cancellations in September. The scheme still allows for the potential issuance of up to 16.75 million shares.

• The issuer reported no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and there were no Hong Kong Depositary Receipts in issue.

With zero movements in authorised, issued or treasury shares and full compliance with listing rules, Link Holdings enters the final quarter of 2026 maintaining an unchanged equity base and a clear capacity for future option-related issuance if required.
