BDV EDU INTL: No Share Capital Changes in September 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

Bradaverse Education (International) Investments Group Limited (BDV EDU INTL) reported that its authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged for the month ended 30 September 2026.

• Authorised share capital stood at 6.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.05 each, representing HKD 300.00 million in total.

• Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were steady at 608.05 million, with no treasury shares held or cancelled during the month.

• The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s 25% minimum public-float requirement.

• Under the 2023 Share Option Scheme, no options were outstanding, granted, exercised or lapsed in September. The scheme still allows for the potential issuance of up to 60.22 million shares.

• There were no warrants, convertible securities, other share-issuance arrangements or fund-raising activities reported.

Executive Director Mr Yip Kai Pong submitted the return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing on 5 October 2026, confirming that all regulatory obligations have been met.
