Techtronic Industries (TTI) Repurchases 55,000 Shares; Outstanding Buybacks Now 0.04% of Share Capital

Techtronic Industries Company Limited (TTI) disclosed that it repurchased 55,000 ordinary shares on 7 October 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$128.90 and HK$131.70, spending HK$7.19 million.

The transaction leaves the company’s issued share capital unchanged at 1.83 billion shares, as the repurchased stock has not yet been cancelled. Including earlier buybacks executed between 23 September and 6 October 2026, TTI now holds 787,000 shares pending cancellation—equivalent to 0.04 % of its outstanding shares. The cumulative consideration for these yet-to-be-cancelled shares amounts to approximately HK$100.93 million, translating into a weighted-average repurchase price of about HK$128.24 per share.

Under the repurchase mandate approved on 8 May 2026, the company may buy back up to 182.98 million shares. To date, 4.97 million shares—0.27 % of the issued share base at the mandate date—have been acquired via on-market transactions. TTI is subject to a 30-day moratorium on new share issues following the latest repurchase, ending 6 November 2026.

The board confirms that all repurchases were executed in compliance with Hong Kong listing regulations and that no material changes have been made to the explanatory statement filed on 31 March 2026.
