UOL Treasury Services prices 200 million Singapore dollar 3.20% notes maturing Oct, 14 2033

UOL Group Limited announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, UOL Treasury Services Pte. Ltd., has priced 200 million Singapore dollars of 3.20 per cent fixed-rate notes due Oct, 14 2033.

The issuance is the sixth series under the company’s 2 billion Singapore dollar Multicurrency Medium Term Note Programme, established on Nov, 03 2014. Interest on the notes will be paid semi-annually.

Net proceeds will be used for the group’s general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing borrowings and funding working-capital and capital-expenditure needs.

The notes constitute direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and unsecured obligations of UOL Treasury Services and are unconditionally and irrevocably guaranteed by UOL Group Limited. CIMB Bank Berhad, Singapore Branch, DBS Bank and United Overseas Bank are joint lead managers and bookrunners for the offering.
