BAMA TEA: Wenchao Wang Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 51.63%

On October 2, 2026, BAMA TEA completed a repurchase of 10,000 ordinary H shares and held them as treasury shares. As a concert party holder (along with Wang Wenbin, Wang Wenli, Chen Yajing, Wu Xiaoning and Wang Xiaoping) collectively holding more than one-third of the voting rights, Wenchao Wang is deemed to have acquired those 10,000 shares. The deemed acquisition, at an average of HKD 27.9018 per share and involving approximately HKD 279,018, is not a direct on-market dealing but arises from statutory provisions under the Securities and Futures Ordinance.

Prior to the acquisition, Wenchao Wang's long position in BAMA TEA was 43.84 million shares, representing 51.62%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 43.85 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 51.63%.

This involves related parties: Wang Wenbin, Wang Wenli, Chen Yajing, Wu Xiaoning and Wang Xiaoping.
