Envision Green (01783) rose over 6% in early trading. As of press time, it was up 5.60% at HK$4.805, with a turnover of HK$24.3575 million.

On the news front, in June this year, the company initiated the acquisition of YV CLOUD Limited and its operating company Shanghai Youfu Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., officially entering the computing power services sector. The target company, as one of the earliest NVIDIA Cloud Partners in China, holds advantages in GPU allocation priority and original manufacturer pricing.

Shenwan Hongyuan pointed out that Envision Green has completed its transformation from a traditional construction contractor to a dual-main-business platform of circular economy plus computing power: U.S. industrial metal reverse recycling provides deterministic cash flow. Hong Kong power battery recycling occupies scarce capacity with the first licensed processing facility in Hong Kong, and the volume of retired batteries is about to surge, with the "service fee plus resource recovery" dual-wheel drive combining stability and flexibility.

The acquisition of YV Cloud to enter AI computing power leasing aligns with high industry demand prosperity and rising supply-side energy consumption and license thresholds, while performance thresholds and deferred payment mechanisms provide a safety cushion for the premium transaction. The three major businesses relay in sequence, and the performance growth path is clear.
