TIANYU SEMI Completes 0.46% H-Share Buyback in September; Public Float Maintained at 14.94%

Guangdong Tianyu Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (TIANYU SEMI) has released its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers covering September 2026, detailing a targeted repurchase of 269,700 H shares that are now held in treasury. The action, carried out over ten trading days between 15–30 September under a mandate granted on 19 May 2026, trimmed the free-float H-share count by 0.46% month-on-month to 58.72 million shares. Including treasury stock, total H shares in issue remain unchanged at 58.99 million.

Registered share capital was steady at RMB 393.27 million, split between 58.99 million H shares and 334.28 million unlisted domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1. No alterations were made to the unlisted portion during the reporting month.

The aggregate 269,700 shares repurchased equate to 0.07% of TIANYU SEMI’s overall share capital. No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued or outstanding, and there were no share cancellations during the period.

Despite the reduction in free-float shares, the company confirmed compliance with Hong Kong Main Board Rule 13.32D(1). As of 30 September 2026, public float stood at 14.94% of issued H shares, representing a market value of HK$2.83 billion.
