Jiangsu Express Clarifies Proxy Form Error Ahead of 27 October 2026 Extraordinary General Meeting

Jiangsu Expressway Company Limited has issued a clarification concerning the proxy form circulated with the notice of its 2026 First Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 27 October 2026 in Nanjing.
The company identified a clerical error in note 4 of the proxy form: the non-cumulative resolution numbers should read “nos. 1.01, 1.02 and 2.” All other details remain unchanged. Submitted proxy forms are still valid, and shareholders are not required to take any additional action.
The correction was released under the authority of Executive Director Wang Feng on 6 October 2026. The board currently comprises 2 executive directors, 6 non-executive directors, and 5 independent non-executive directors.
