Logory Reports No Share Capital Changes in September 2026; Public Float Remains Compliant

Logory Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. (Logory) has filed its monthly return with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 30 September 2026, confirming a stable capital structure and full compliance with listing requirements.

Logory’s issued share capital stood unchanged at 87.12 million RMB, split between 527.43 million H-shares and 866.44 million domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 0.0625. No alterations occurred in authorised or issued shares during the month, and the company held no treasury shares.

The H-share tranche, which is listed on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong under stock code 02482, maintained an outstanding total of 527.43 million shares. The company affirmed that the public float comfortably meets the Initial Prescribed Threshold of 25% of class-issued shares.

Logory reported no issuance or cancellation of shares, nor any activity involving share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments throughout September. Consequently, the overall share count and capital base remain consistent with the previous month’s figures.

In its compliance statement, signed by Company Secretary Long Ke, Logory confirmed adherence to all applicable listing rules, regulatory obligations, and corporate formalities, including the receipt of all monies due and the fulfillment of conditions related to the listing and identical rights of securities.
