Jingkelong Reports No Share Capital Changes in June 2026 Monthly Return

Beijing Jingkelong Company Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended 30 June 2026, confirming a stable share-capital structure and full compliance with Hong Kong’s public-float requirements.

• Authorised / registered share capital stood unchanged at 412.22 million shares, comprising 182.16 million H-shares and 230.06 million domestic shares, each with a par value of RMB 1.00.

• Issued share capital also remained steady. Outstanding H-shares totalled 182.16 million and domestic shares 230.06 million, with no treasury shares reported. No shares were issued, repurchased, or cancelled during the month.

• Jingkelong confirmed that its H-share public float meets the Main Board’s minimum threshold of 25 percent of the class’s issued shares.

• The company had no outstanding share options, warrants, convertibles, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, and reported no other equity movements.

The monthly return was filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 July 2026 and signed by Company Secretary Pan Xuemin.
