Trasteel Holding's international unit completed the acquisition of the remaining 40% interest in BBC Alloys from Metco for about 1.7 million euros ($1.9 million).
Trasteel said Wednesday its business combination with Sizzle Acquisition Corp. II (SZZL) is expected to close by year end, with the combined company slated to list on Nasdaq under the ticker TSTL.
