Roblox Usage Continues to Slip Lower Without Signs of 'Firming' Into Q4, Wedbush Says

Roblox (RBLX) usage continues to slip lower, with no signs of "firming" as Q4 starts, Wedbush Securities said in a Thursday note.

Weekly concurrent users declined by 14%, from a 17% fall in the previous week, while proxy daily active users were down 14% for the same two-week period, the brokerage said. Both metrics stood at their lowest levels since June, Wedbush noted.

A portion of the declines could be attributed to back-to-school seasonality, given similar trends a year earlier, the investment firm said, noting that it is waiting on engagement-to-bookings conversion to be more constructive.

Wedbush has a neutral rating and $48 price target on Roblox.
