Skydance (SKYD) has effectively restructured the bulk of Warner Bros. Discovery's outstanding notes after completing its acquisition, retiring most legacy debt through a combination of tender offers and exchanges, the company said late Tuesday.

Shares declined 8.7%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 25.8 million from a daily average of about 16.7 million.

Hess Midstream (HESM) shares tumbled 14% after Chevron (CVX) said late Tuesday it will divest its ownership interests and general partner position in Hess, along with its DJ Basin crude oil midstream assets, in exchange for extended and improved Bakken midstream commercial terms and $200 million in cash.

Intraday trading volume of Hess shares grew to over 8.57 million from a daily average of about 1.22 million.

Saratoga Investment (SAR) reported fiscal Q2 net investment income of $0.45 a share, down from $0.58 a year earlier.

Shares fell 8% as intraday trading volume rose to over 401,000 from a daily average of about 168,000.
