SMJ International Receives NYSE American Warning Over Delayed Disclosure of Executive Resignations

SMJ International (SMJF) received a public warning letter from NYSE American for failing to promptly disclose the resignation of two executives, the company said Wednesday.

The company disclosed on Oct. 1 that Executive Director Lee Lay Choo and Chief Financial Officer Low Yeen Mei Sherina resigned effective Sept. 29.

SMJ said it is reviewing and enhancing its procedures to ensure timely disclosure of material information.
