Rorze (TYO:6323) posted a 46% year-over-year increase in attributable net profit for the fiscal first half to 15.8 billion yen from 10.9 billion yen.
The automation equipment maker's EPS was 91.33 yen, compared with 62.12 yen a year earlier, according to a Tokyo Stock Exchange filing on Thursday.
Net sales rose 22% to 79.7 billion yen for the six months Aug. 31 from 65.6 billion yen a year ago.
In a separate filing, Rorze raised its outlook for the fiscal year ending Feb. 28, 2027. The attributable profit forecast was increased to 37.8 billion yen from 27.8 billion yen, EPS to 217.84 yen from 159.62 yen and net sales to 180 billion yen from 159 billion yen.
The company plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 17 yen and 28 yen per share, respectively, for the current year, which is higher than the year-ago period.
