Prologis, Inc. (NYSE:PLD) will release its third quarter earnings report before the opening bell on Thursday, Oct. 15.

Analysts expect the Maryland-based company to report quarterly earnings of 78 cents per share, down from 80 cents per share in the year-ago period. The consensus estimate for PLD’s quarterly revenue is $2.22 billion. It reported $2.05 billion last year, according to Benzinga Pro.

On Aug. 4, Prologis announced an approximately $2.1 billion public offering of 15 million shares.

Shares of Prologis fell 0.6% to close at $128.08 on Monday.
