SKS Technologies Group (ASX:SKS) said Executive Chairman Peter Jinks, Executive Director Greg Jinks and an entity associated with Matthew Jinks have completed an on-market sale of 10 million shares, representing about 30% of the Jinks family's holdings, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The family will retain a roughly 21% stake, with no further sales planned in the foreseeable future, as the transaction seeks to boost share liquidity and diversify the family's wealth, per the filing.
The company reiterated its fiscal 2027 guidance of around AU$500 million in revenue and AU$60 million in profit before tax, supported by expanded bank facilities and a strong cash and working capital position.
The company also secured an additional AU$38 million of works on the MEL2 data center project in Melbourne's northwest, taking the company's total contracted value on the project to AU$66 million, the filing added.
The company's shares fell 13% in recent Wednesday trade.
