ClearBridge Health (SGX:1H3) signed a second amendment deed to extend the maturity date of the convertible bonds issued by Lunadorii by one year to Oct. 7, 2027, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The healthcare company said the maturity period for the bonds has been extended to five years from the date of issue, while the other conditions remain unchanged.
The changes were made since the issuer is currently facing challenges in exercising control over IGM Labs and TMJ, entities disposed of under an earlier disposal, and is engaged in legal proceedings.
