Jiu Rong Holdings (HKG:2358) disclosed details of lawsuits against two units on Thursday, a same-day bourse filing revealed.

Unit Jiu Rong New Energy Science and Technology has been ordered to pay 2.9 million yuan in rent, 61,153 yuan in interest, and 241,916 yuan in a provisionally-calculated site occupation fee to Wangjiang Sub-district Office of the People's Government of Shangcheng District, Hangzhou.

The lawsuit had resulted from a dispute related to a land lease contract. The unit has also been ordered to vacate the premises in Hangzhou.

Elsewhere, subsidiary Zhejiang Jiu Rong Intelligent Technology received a court summons over a litigation filed by Agricultural Bank of China, Hangzhou Gongshu Sub-branch demanding 12.4 million yuan in claims.

The lender filed the case over the non-repayment of a 12.3 million yuan loan provided to Zhejiang Jiu Rong Intelligent in 2025 and due Aug. 13, 2026.

The company is seeking advice regarding the judgments while also communicating with the counterparties regarding a potential settlement.
