Agenus (AGEN) said Thursday that Armenia's Ministry of Health approved its combination therapy, Botvymo and Evamplix, to treat adults with a type of colorectal cancer.

The company said the approvals are conditional and valid for one year, subject to renewal based on clinical updates provided to Armenian regulators.

Under the approved regimen, Botvymo, or botensilimab, is given intravenously every six weeks for up to four doses, while Evamplix, or balstilimab, is given every two weeks for up to two years or until disease progression or unacceptable side effects, the company said.

Agenus said it will evaluate seeking approvals in other Eurasian Economic Union countries.
