Zeta Global (ZETA) remains positive on the momentum and long-term impact of strategic partnerships and traction with its Athena AI agent, while RBC Capital Markets sees the company increasingly moving toward a software peer group.
The investment firm said in a Sunday ntoe that based on conversations with Zeta's management, the company is most optimistic about partnerships with Palantir (PLTR), followed by OpenAI and Snowflake.
RBC said the partnerships have helped Zeta's management get into more C-level conversations with larger enterprises.
Athena is gaining adoption among Zeta's customers and is serving as an organic cross-sell opportunity, helping create pathways to additional use cases, according to the note.
RBC maintained an outperform rating on the stock and increased its price target to $40 from $31.
Shares of Zeta Global were up 1.2% in Monday trading.
