Mitsubishi Estate Logistics REIT Investment Refinances 2.8 Billion Yen in Long-Term Borrowings

Mitsubishi Estate Logistics REIT Investment (TYO:3481) has secured 2.8 billion yen in long-term loans from The 77 Bank and Mizuho Bank to repay existing debt.
Of the new loans, 400 million yen will be provided by The 77 Bank at a fixed rate of 2.47125% and maturing on Oct. 9, 2029, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Wednesday.
Another 2.4 billion yen loan was secured from Mizuho Bank, which carries a fixed rate of 2.40750% and matures Oct. 9, 2030.
The Mizuho portion is being procured as a green loan, with proceeds allocated to repay existing borrowings used for the acquisition of specified green eligible assets, including LOGIPORT Osaka Taisho, MJ Logipark Nishinomiya 1, and MJ Logipark Kasugai 1.
