Vault Minerals (ASX:VAU) said the Supreme Court of Western Australia ordered that a shareholders' meeting be convened on Nov. 11 to consider the scheme of arrangement for the proposed acquisition of all of the shares in Vault by Genesis Minerals (ASX:GMD), according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The court also ordered that an explanatory statement, which includes information about the scheme together with a notice of the meeting, be dispatched to Vault shareholders.
