Dicker Data to Acquire Sektor Group for NZ$138 million

Dicker Data (ASX:DDR) entered into a binding agreement to fully acquire Sektor Group, a distributor in point-of-sale and enterprise mobility technologies, cybersecurity, physical security, and specialized infrastructure services in the Asia-Pacific, for a total consideration of NZ$138 million on a cash-free, debt-free, normalized working capital basis, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.

The acquisition will be funded via an extension of Dicker Data's existing debt facilities and is expected to be earnings accretive in the year ending Dec. 31, excluding one-off transaction and integration costs.

Dicker Data expects the transaction to complete by the end of October.
