Tata Power Partners With Norway's Ocean Sun for Floating Solar Pilot

Tata Power (NSE:TATAPOWER, BOM:500400) has partnered with Norway-based renewable energy technology company Ocean Sun to introduce its membrane-based floating solar technology to India, according to a Wednesday statement.

Under the agreement, the companies will deploy a 300-kilowatt-peak (kWp) floating solar pilot project at Tata Power's Mulshi reservoir in Maharashtra.

The installation will assess the technology's performance, costing, and scalability under Indian conditions.
