Road King Infrastructure (HKG:1098) said Wednesday that a scheme hearing tied to its restructuring before the Hong Kong High Court has been rescheduled from Friday, Oct. 23, to Monday, Oct. 26, according to a same-day bourse filing.
The sanction hearing for its restructuring remains scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 10, Road King said.
The company still expects to complete restructuring by the end of the year.
