Hong Lai Huat Sets Up Unit to Consolidate Cambodia Natural Resources Business

Hong Lai Huat (SGX:CTO) has incorporated Hong Lai Huat Global Resources to consolidate its natural resources activities under a dedicated business division, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The new unit will first house the company's existing marble mining operations in Cambodia, where it has secured a two year extension of its mining licenses till 2028 from the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
The unit is also applying for the license and approvals needed to extract and supply sea sand.
