SKY Network Television Shareholder Accident Compensation Cuts Stake

SKY Network Television (NZE:SKT, ASX:SKT) shareholder Accident Compensation Corp. cut its holdings in the company to about 11.6 million shares, representing a stake of 8.441% from about 13.2 million shares, or a 9.553% stake, previously, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
Accident Compensation sold about 1.5 million SKY Network shares on market between July 30 and Oct. 2 for NZ$5.4 million, per the filing.
SKY Network's Australian shares were nearly 5% higher at market close.
