Everus Construction (ECG) is benefiting from robust demand for contracting services, particularly data-center projects, Oppenheimer said Monday in a report.
Oppenheimer said a visit to the company's Kansas City operation highlighted expanded prefabrication capabilities that are improving labor efficiency and positioning Everus for larger, more complex projects. Asset investments such as the new prefab facility are supporting future growth even after several years of meaningful expansion, the report said.
Major healthcare and Kansas City stadium proposals also offer "potentially significant prospects over the next several years," the report said.
"We continue to see solid earnings upside prospects" as bookings and backlog build, and the recent pullback in shares is an "attractive opportunity," the report said.
Oppenheimer maintained its outperform rating on Everus stock and its $200 price target.
