C.H. Robinson Worldwide (CHRW) has agreed to acquire RXO (RXO) in a cash-and-stock deal valued at $5.8 billion, it said Monday.

C.H. Robinson shares dropped 12% as intraday trading volume climbed to over 5.64 million from a daily average of about 1.72 million.

Neighborhood Intelligence (NXH) agreed to sell almost 16.5 million shares at $2.76 per share, or pre-funded warrant in lieu, in a registered direct offering, it said Monday.

Shares declined 24%, with intraday trading volume rising to over 8.65 million from a daily average of about 2.39 million.

SeaStar Medical (ICU) entered into definitive agreements to generate about $3.3 million in gross proceeds by immediately exercising warrants for 854,002 common shares at a reduced price of $3.866 per share, it said Monday.

Shares sank 25% as intraday trading volume jumped to over 414,000 from a daily average of about 69,000.
