Pomdoctor Receives Nasdaq Delisting Determination

Pomdoctor Limited (POM) said it received a Nasdaq staff determination letter Tuesday stating that its American depositary shares are subject to delisting for failing to meet the minimum bid price requirement.

The ADSs closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days, from Aug. 24 through Oct. 5.

Pomdoctor is not eligible for a compliance period because it effected a 1-for-18 reverse stock split on June 22, within the prior year.

The company intends to request a hearing before a Nasdaq hearings panel by the Oct. 13 deadline. A timely request will stay the trading suspension, which would otherwise take effect Oct. 15, and the filing of a delisting notice pending the panel's decision.
